The smallest campaign was a pilot in the pharmaceutical industry which went out to just two senior decision makers...both responded...which made it our first client to achieve a 100% response rate!
More often than not, we at least double the response rates previously experienced by our clients. On average we deliver double figure response rates, 100% as mentioned above is not the norm, however we have built campaigns which have delivered anywhere between 40% to 60% (without including an incentive!).
